Amanda and Nick Pauloni live in Salem, WI where they raise quality dairy goats as well as chickens and rabbits. They also keep honey bees as well. Amanda is a teacher, holding a master's degree in Special Education. Nick works in commercial trucking insurance . They have 2 sons, Jack and Flynn. Amanda is an active leader of the local 4-H goat project, a fair board member, and superintendent of the dairy goat barn at the local county fair.
Amanda has been active in breeding and showing animals her entire life. She has been breeding and showing many varieties of poultry since she was young, with many champion birds and top showmanship awards at the local and national level. As a teenager she became interested in dairy goats after seeing them at the local fair and this passion has continued through the years. She has owned every breed of dairy goat through her years in 4H, finally settling on Sables and Saanens as her favorites as an adult. Her sons now have their own Toggenburg and Oberhasli herds as well. Amanda strives to produce animals that excel in the milk pail and the show ring.
Amanda is a proud member of the American Dairy Goat Association, the Wisconsin Dairy Goat Association, International Sable Breeders Association, Toggenburg, and Oberhasli Clubs.
The farm offers fresh free ranged chickens and eggs, rabbits, honey, quality bred show goats, and goat products of all kinds for sale. We also use sustainable, organic gardening practices to raise vegetables and fruits for sale.
