Amanda and Nick Pauloni live in Salem, WI where they raise quality dairy goats as well as chickens, pigs, turkeys, and ducks as well as keeping honey bees. Amanda is an active leader of the local 4-H goat project, a fair board member, and superintendent of the dairy goat barn at the local county fair.
Amanda has been active in breeding and showing animals her entire life. She has been breeding and showing many varieties of poultry since she was young, with many champion birds and top showmanship awards at the local and national level. As a teenager she became interested in dairy goats after seeing them at the local fair and this passion has continued through the years. She has owned every breed of dairy goat through her years in 4H, finally settling on Sables as her favorite as an adult. Amanda strives to produce animals that excel in the milk pail and the show ring.
Amanda is a proud member of the American Dairy Goat Association, the Wisconsin Dairy Goat Association and International Sable Breeders Association.
